The cryptographic smart card is a file-system card with an embedded microcontroller that contains SCCOS (SafeNet Cryptographic Card Operating System) operating system.

Model 330 smart card works on any Windows 98 or higher workstation, together with the Borderless Security Single Sign-On or CIP client software and the serial, USB, PCMCIA, or other PC/SC compliant smart card reader.
